Meilyn did a great job in listening to what I was looking for as a first time real estate investor. She is so good that she nailed it on the first two showings. She also was exactly on point with ‘the numbers’. As an investor it’s important to know upfront what it will cost to buy and renovate and most importantly what the after repair value will be. She knows her market and knows how to find you a great deal. If the numbers dont make sense she will advise/ recommend another property where you do not lose money. People with good values and honesty are hard to find in this business but she is one of a kind!
